Help with internet re:turing

I am at school and i have seen lots of things created with turing: ie. viruses, 

Well all of the good websites at the school are blocked, does any one know if it would be possible to create a program that would bypass the block, if so how  :D

that would depend on how your school blocks the sites...

ether way, Turing is not the best program to write a web browser in :?
