Do not use Lightwave. It sucks. Then Coutsos is going to come on and say to use Blender. Which I also have little experience in, but have seen some awesome looking renders. I found Maya's interface to be quite confusing. another app to check out would be [url=http://www.maxon.net/index_e.html]Cinema 4D. But I uninstalled the personall edition because I can't render my 'creations' without the damm text they add, and downloading such an expensive product is well.. iunno :roll: ----------------------------------- Genesis Fri Oct 01, 2004 2:29 pm ----------------------------------- I was just never a big fan of the Lightwave interface or setup. I used it for a short while before I got 3ds Max, and I find 3ds Max to be much more powerful, and a much better program, with many more features.
