A few new turing commands (using proc etc.)

I got bored, just thought i'd include these. It has a few commands that can be used in turing, like:
drawcube
drawfillcube
drawcelltable
dropdownmenu
Basically, just read the ReadMe file, and its all pretty self explanitory.
