Anyone know where to get a microflash for a website?

Im trying to build a website, and i need a thing called a microflash or sumthing. Heres an example of a site with it.

ooO i thought microflash was soemthing else... ahhh, yes that is flash :D And that is how you make such sites. (check the flash section, submissions)

i donno where you got the microflash term :? the sourcecode of the page points to macromedia and if you right click on the animation, an "about flash" will come up :lol:
