Hotmail not Loading

Hotmail won't load when I try to view my mail.  When I empty out my temp. internet files and try it, it works.  But, when I restart my comp and try again, it doesn't work again.

Anyone know the problem?

what browser? if u say ie, go slap urself and dl firefox
