how to load flash files in HTML....  yea i a noob...

hey all..


i made a really wicked intro page for my new website...   i got tired of waiting for delta to become unbusy and help me... so i did it all myself :D


anwways..



just wondering how to load that .swf  file in html code...


like ...

  ... but for swf not images....    .

and yes... i am a flash NOOB!! but my inro kicks ass... (will put in showroom later)

turns out the swf version scrwews up all my delays ...    

(ulead gif animator has export to SWF option.. and i wanted to try it out... but the delays get screwed so its not use..,.)



but the .gif of it is in the showroom....
