Graphics problem

This is my Ant RPG game for my computer science ISP project. The problem is the pictures are so messed up cuz their dimensions are all messed up... could someone help me make the graphics look nice?????????

1)  Pls don't post your entire ISP...this is Help not Submissions.  Only post relevant code (and pertinant pics) BTW, not a bad text/pic RPG...

Like okay.... the graphics....... their sizes are all different shapes and sizes... it looks really messy.......
I dont know how to fix it
