array manipulation??? help....

i'm making a rpg stlyed game, and i need help with arrays. i know how to sort 2d arrays and everything, but how do i delete an entry from the array? i know how to do it in java, but i cant carry the concept over properly. i have every other aspect of the game just about done except for the inventory, and the shops.

any help would be appriciated

sounds like a good game.
perhaps flexible arrays is what you are looking for.

nm about the help i finially figured it out, spent most of the night doing it though, damn power outages.
