if someone can make this file to encrypt info to the other file will get all my bits .  Im using binary format to save to file and its not encrptying which is really pissing me off :cry:.

btw the program is not completed yet :roll: 
and i know the program looks discusting right now but ill rewrite it with using proceduers very soon as i learn what to do to encrpty.
