Parabola Rotation ***right file now

hey all... i kidna whiped this up when i was bored on my upstairs comp... it lookz kidna cool... i think i coulda colored more... but i was too lazy...
also.. please tell me if this is rotating too fast.. for me it was really slow..

i tired to make a windmill under it... but it looked like crap..
i u can draw a windmill under it.. ill give ya 5 bits... but it has to look good..


 EDIT: Now my parabola rotation is acually there.. :)

I suppose if you ignore the black part, it does look like parabola?  :lol: 
I think it looks better if you run the for loop by 10
