Reading .BMP files

Well I was bored today and was reading through some old topics and found some stuff about .gif files and how they didn't work in turing.  So I wanted to try to get them working in turing but started small and made a small program to read and display bitmaps. I know you could already load bmp's but it was just something to try. Here it is
