Granted... i will play Final Fantasy 11 on ps2 went it lowers in cost*** i buy games when they become greatest hits... cuz then they are DIRT cheap... ;) offbase.... ,hmm... dont care... :P ... ill stick to my ways... :) ----------------------------------- Dan Fri Apr 23, 2004 7:31 pm ----------------------------------- well i on the other hand import games from jappan b4 they are even out here, lol. i think anime is gr8, tho i like the ones with deep story more then action paked ones. i think that is one of the problms with stuff on north aricman t.v. it is all the same and every ep is just like the last. no deep story, very pridectiable. while the good anime shows have gr8 story, gr8 chartichrs, gr8 plot and lots of twists that are used well, not to metion the animaiton. i think it is good how anime is slowly showing up on t.v. here but a big problem is the canadain laws about what % of shows have to have canadian content. for example TechTv has a show called anime unleshed witch shows anime eps (good and bad) but can not show it on there canada devsion of there netwrok b/c of laws here. i think thos laws are dum, i know they are trying to protected canadain media but that realy is our own fault. if we can not make shows that poleop like there is problm, and the slotion is not to make netwroks show them. any how that is my rant for now.... ----------------------------------- the_short1 Fri Apr 23, 2004 7:38 pm ----------------------------------- wow... a hacker dan rant..... so peaceful and melow compared to templest :P ;).... ive never seen u rant hacker dan..... hehehehehh anyways.... they did that law or wed have all american GARABAGE on our channels ... shows like the swan and other CRAP like dat...... either way.... all good things have their concequences..... meh.... either way....im off for the nite..... i brought up my ppd from 4.28 to 4.4 ****** i hadn't posted for like 5 days so i made up for it by posting like 30 today...... and i havn;t did the SPAM or Source code forums yet.... just submisions / GD/ help.... man.... their is lots that has been posted lately.... ----------------------------------- Paul Fri Apr 23, 2004 7:39 pm ----------------------------------- Well the japanese stuff is great, but I'm also into Amerimanga (is that what u call it?) now, that stuff is pretty good too. ----------------------------------- AsianSensation Fri Apr 23, 2004 7:57 pm ----------------------------------- I hate it most when some Western company license a particular anime. Then the anime dissappear for about 1-2 years, and comes back heavily and poorly dubbed. Dragonball Z, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Gundam Wing were all horrifically butchered. So hurry up and watch those fansubbed anime, before some corporation take it and you won't see it after. And even if you see it couple years later, you'd wish you never had seen it. (
