Ahh, help me

The Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded from 


OS: Win XP
Browser im getting htis error on: Mozilla, firefox, Ie, opera (all i got)
JAVA_HOME environment path:  C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_04

I got the hotspot folder..
C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_04\bin\hotspot
in it it has jvm.dll... i don't know what's wrong!

Help!
