ace can sound like h,

couse in versace it makes the h sound (and also the e sound, but ignore that)

H is tough. Ace, however, is very far off. I don't know how you came up with that :?

I don't think you can do H. Say H. The last part of it is a "sh" sound. You can't make a "sh" sound without h. can you?

im sticking with ace, it seems right to me, and the english language and pronunciations are weird and messed up some times. usually if i have a good feeling about something in english then it is right (if i may say so myself). my typing on these boards is no reflection of my true ability to speak eenglish. so how to thinked of english is my?

it doesn't have to sound exactly like it, that is what is wierd about english:

versace = var-soch-ey
versace != var-sace

i even put it in programming thingers for you...

so if you apply that ending of versace (ace), it makes och-ey, which will still make the sound aeche (or whatever).

just trust me, its right, and just go and ask your english teacher or something.

Jonos maybe your pronouncing it differently or something.

Ace - like the card in the deck
Ace - like the WWI Fighter Pilot with 5+ confirmed victories
Ace - like a serve in several sports such as volleyball and badminton where the projectile is not hit by the opposing team and the serve is valid, landing in the appropriate spot.

That kind of ace??
that ace sounds nothing like H.

no no no no no no no no, ignorance, no non ono ignorance.

i am pronouning it differently:

i pronounce an ace as in the card and all that other stuff as ase.

but you can pronounce it as h (aiche)

ask a teacher or mckenzie at least, but he may not know cause he's compsci.
