Turing Injector?

Hey all! Quick question, I was wondering if it would be possible to create an application with Turing that could scan computer processes and then target one of the processes to be injected with a DLL file. I have pretty good experience with the Turing language but don't know if such an application could be developed with such a simple language. Thanks in advance. :canada:
