Final Exam : Payroll

i had to make a payroll program that calculated EI and all taht stuff,.,,.,
for my final exam in gr.10 so...yea... i though you guys might enjoy it...

only limitation: it does not check to see that your ID num has already been entered.... and it doesn;t check if your name is in DB but... i had an  hour to make this.,.,

Enjoy... please post any comments / suggestions

EDIT: i kinda fixed a couple little things... i made it so you dont need quotations for name... DUH!!! :*
