Wrong Message When Not Allowed To Give Karma?

So I noticed the karma function the other day, and decided to give Insectoid a + for being very helpful, but it said I need 25 posts to do so. However under the error message, there were 2 buttons that both read "Click here to return to index". The first one returned me to the topic that I was previously at, and the second one truly returned me to the index. Is this intentional, or was this just overlooked?

It is a bug in the site. We use a rather out dated and hacked together version of PHPBB.

If you guys need a hand maintaining the site let me know, I've done a lot of work with webdev, PHP/JS specifically. Always looking for new projects :D
