We're becoming poopoolar!! I don't like blitzcoder.com either, go to language reference for the basis of blitz (though you need some programming knowledge already, which you have). There's all kinds While..Wend Repeat..Until Repeat..Forever While..Wend and Repeat..Until are basically the same thing except opposite.
