Radio Buttons and Regular Buttons (Main Menu BACK to user Input does not work :(

What is it you are trying to achieve?
I am trying to make my program be able to go from User Input to Main Menu when the user chooses so.


What is the problem you are having?
I can get back to the Main Menu Perfectly fine. Its just that when I go back to user Input, none of the radio buttons work.
