Ctrl-c Ctrl-x Ctrl-o clock out
Ctrl-c Ctrl-x Ctrl-r update a table of time spent (in text).

And then, :wq to get out.  Vim brain meet scam-e, errr, emacs.

The 3rd millennium is turning out to be a good time to be a nerd.
