Shop Exchange?

I thought this subject had been raised b4, but I couldn't find it in search. But compsci's shop should have an "exchange" function, like exchanging your yellow glow for white or something. Its not just if someone didn't test it before they bought it, sometimes people change their minds. Its a suggestion, I wonder if it would be possible.

There is a sell function , but you dont get your bits back , well at least not the last time that i heard of , and also not many peopel change there colors , peopel have a hard enough time saving their bits to even get colors ,
