Does turings .exe file work on a computer that doesnt have turing on it

Say for eg. that i turn my turing file into an .exe , and i give it to my friend. does my friend need  turing downloaded to execute the file? or can he execute the program without having turing at all?

One shouldn't need Turing to run compiled programs. Keep in mind that if the program reads other files (such as images), those need to be distributed as well.

Yeah, what he said. He will only need to download Turing if you're sending him the .t source code.
