How many bits do you get per post?

I'm just wondering how many bits you get per post; I have about 30 posts, but I only have 59 bits. I could've sworn I'm supposed to get like 2 bits per post :(
I'm trying to save up for the email forwarding thingy :P

Oh nvm, I think off-topic posts count for the post count. That's why lol
