yes, by a horde of students, all hitting the website at the same time. The November round has just started.

We where just hit with a crazy amount of traffic at the start of the round. Things should start coming back up in a few minutes.

In the mean time, I recommend using the printed versions of the questions and submitting your solutions as soon as the site is up. Your teachers should have been e-mailed a copy of the questions they could print before the round.
