Did you try googling it? Intel has directions right [url=http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/cs-009045.htm]on their website.

Messing with your BIOS firmware seems like a very bad idea if you don't know what you are doing. The tool Insectoid linked to looks promising option if your board supports it but keep in the mind the risks if it goes wrong (i.e. your motherboard being bricked and unusable).
