Help with MAKING pictures!!!!!!

OK, I know how to put pictures on my programs, but whenever I do, i always get this small white space around each of my pictures.  And it's especially annoying with character images on my games.    
plz!!!!!! is there anyway to get rid of that damn white space!!!

First of all, calm down, lol. Second of all, when you use the Pic.Draw command, use  "picMerge" instead of "picCopy" to eliminate the white square.  :D
