making a .EXE

Hello... i know how to make .exe and all of that but what i wanted to know is if i make a .exe of a program can someone without turing on their computer open it? and if not is there a way to make it so they can?

Yes, they can open it even if they don't have Turing.

i think they should be able to. it's an .exe afer all. only thing would be that if you have images and stuff in the program, they have to be present with the .exe file.

if your making an exe make sure your using turing 4.0.4 minimum

but if you call files they will have to be in the same directory as the exe thats all , so if you were to give out the program put all the files into a folder " IE  , Blackjack"  that way everyhting is in one spot  :D  :D

on 4.0.3 its been known to get a " Bad Header error " and i dont think turing 3 was ever meant to compile
