help me in animation please

guys, sorry to bother again... i need help in making a loading bar.
im not a pro on animation im very poor on that.
and i dont know how to make a bar move.

here is the size of the bar.

drawbox (10, 100, 600, 150, 1)


i wanna make a filled bar inside a bar, moving from left to right, just like a normal loading bar. please help me with that.

sorry i was looking for loading bar, and it just said loading.... in the thing there.
