I think I'm Okay?

I'm in grade 11 right now, and my courses  (that matter) are:

[course] : [mark]

Computer Science : 99
Physics : 87*
Math : 91*
Chemistry (11) : 89*
Chemistry (12) : 88
English : 90

* - Means I had Xbox live when I had that course. in other words, I probably could have upped it by 3-5%

Do you think I am doing well enough to get into Software engineering at Waterloo?

Yes, you will probably get in assuming you keep up the marks. (Of course, nothing is guaranteed; if there is a significant increase in the caliber of students applying, you may not get in).

I seem to remember that grade 12 marks are what count the most when applying for university. If you keep getting marks like those in grade 12, I think you'll be good. Sounds like you already have a good foundation and work ethic, so I wouldn't worry.
