VB6 to VB.net: how much it cost?

Hi all,

anyone knows how can I evaluate the work to do to convert a code done in VB6 to VB.net? What criteria should I consider, to appreciate how much should I be paid? Thank you.

Shouldn't be overly difficuly. Um you could see if projects convert automatically, or if you manually have to convert all projects. You should find all code differences. And testing is one of the big things.
