k,, so i found this link and i really like how they made their top menu

i could probably do that in flash but how do i do with using javascript and html and css? i looked at the page source code and they are using external javascript files.. i tried downloading the javascript but it says 404 error. Note that i only tried downloading the js for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE because it's really cool. anyone knows how i could make something like that or if you could find the js source code, could you pm me as well?
AGAIN, it's only for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE.
