Undergraduate School Reputation and Graduate Program Admissions

-----------------------------------

For admission into Graduate Programs in Computer Science do schools like University of Toronto or University of Waterloo look at the reputation of the school you did your undergraduate at? I ask because I may want to get a Master's degree after BCS and I'm trying to decide between University of Waterloo (appears to have fantastic program) and University of Windsor (my hometown Uni, I have a very high average and I could practically go there for free considering the entrance award money they're offering me) for my undergrad. I'd be happy going to Windsor but if it's less than stellar reputation (which I don't feel is deserved after touring the school) hurts my chances of going to a reputable Graduate school I would rather go to Waterloo.

That's a lot of money for +/- some chance for something you may or may not want to do after. That is, it's a complicated question.

What if we assume I will want to move on to Graduate school after? Does that simplify the question any?
