I need help with my iPod, please?

ok, so my cousin, in his depths of curiosity to see what would happen, plugged my 4GB iPod in my laptop, then he right-clicked the icon in My Computer... Then he left clicked FORMAT. Then... AAARGH!!! All my data was deleted, darn it! Now, my iPod is acting only like a glorified and uber expensive usb storage device/flash drive. No matter what songs I put in it, the player itself doesn't seem to recognize it as a song. Ok, so my question is: How do I fix it so it recognizes and plays songs and videos again? Thanks, y'all~!!!

incase its not spam,

just Download Itunes, then restore to factory mode, and then your good to go again....

but for something everyone should know, ...spam?

Spam posts are usually more on topic and make less sense. This hasn't got any links to questionable pages in it, and it sounds like a native english speaker.

I think this is legit, and Tokenherbz' suggestion is spot-on.
