Does it mean which systems were still available? Or which systems premiered during those years? If it's the former, then you should seriously add SNES and Genesis to the group. The fact that they spawned hits like Castelvania (SNES > NES), Sonic, FF, Street Fighter and loads of other games makes them worthy competition. Fuck Windwaker, I'd rather kick back and travel to the End of Time in Chrono Trigger. Besides, the PS1 was still in its first year in 95, and SNES and Genesis were the big competitors up until about 97. Of course, my heart still goes out to the PS1, which sports better imports than Saturn, better graphics than N64, WAY more selection of games and peripherals.
