Osap - Residence

Anyways, Since i live within the 40km of Waterloo I have to appeal to them that it would take more than 1 hour USING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION to get to the University of Waterloo. Anyways, I confirmed using google maps, after clicking the link in GO Transit for Guelph, that it would take me about 2 hrs and 45 min bus ride, while transferring up to 3 busses. 
Moving on, the University emailed me that If I intended to appeal, I need a proof that I will be living in residence in Waterloo , the City. Because I have not gotten my contract, I only have the receipt for my 500 non re-fundable deposit. Is this sufficient enough?

This seems like a good question to be asking the university.
