Can I just copy this?

I've just found this site [url=http://www.as400-news.com]as400-news.com, could I just copy the technical 
information from the web site or do I need special permission?. I'm doing a  project for school.

I think you can use the information there, but don't copy it word-for-word. Also, cite any points that you use and be sure to include it in your works cited and/or bibliography.
