Hi. Beside what I have learned from my years at university, what else I should know / must have in practical working environment? What are the employer expectations of Computer Science graduates? Thanks!

Hi cszone, that's a tough one! Because every environment can differ significantly, I'd suggest strive for simplicity, be pragmatic, communicate saliently, and iron your shirt on the first day! ;) Other than that every job will have a significantly different environment. Being receptive, adaptable, and open-minded always helps to demonstrate that you're flexible and can adapt to the culture!
