Lightbox with Text

Hello again, recently I was given the link to a site that explained setting up Lightbox links on a website. I was thinking of doing a similar thing with a biography page I'm setting up. The page will have multiple biographies, and rather than create an extremely long page with all biographies listed, I figured I could put a link to each one and have the biography pop up with the lightbox effect. Is there a way this could be done, and if so how would I go about doing it?
