looking for a college/ university with flight and CS

LOL slightly long story.. About 5 months I realized I could be a pilot for a career, so I took up a co-op placement at Buttonville Airport (Toronto Airways) as a flight dispatcher (not ATC)....So still liking computers and also learning that being a pilot can be a potentially dieing field of work, (right now no one from Seneca college has a job) I am looking for a program where I can get a degree in CS or Physics and get my Commercial licence with a frozen ATPL....Does anyone know of a school/ program that I can do this in? ($$ isn't a obstacle for me).

Any info would be greatly appreciated

UW has a Science and Aviation program with the possibility of a Physics Specialization.
