Assuming that page was served by a webserver somewhere, the latency was (minimum) 40ms round-trip. Figure a minimum of 2 cycles of round-trip (1 for the initial page, 1 for CSS/JS/images) and almost certainly more, and the page would take about 100ms to render, far more than the potato gun should have, for example. That's best-case. I increased the number of pipelines as they are called in Firefox.
