April 28 Problem 3

There seems to be a mistake in the problem description for #3.

In the example data, for test case 2, there are 2 bills of 10 dollars, but the example output only shows 1.

Is this a mistake, or am I interpreting the problem wrong. I coded my answer to the problem, not the example test data.
