[FP] little shooter thing source code, I made for new Turers

Some person from the e-mail (variety_store_man@hotmail.com) e-mailed  me begging for source code, lol. I felt sorry for him and wrote him a program, where you  move a little guy around with a gun (DrawOval and DrawBox), and can shoot. Then I added some spiffy (seizure-enducing) flashing instructions at the top, heh. So any other new Turing users who want the code, feel free to take it.
