Viruses, Trojans, and Worms?

Anyone know where to find information about some of the bigger ones,other than wikipedia. I am looking for things like what they did, and why it was harmful. Any help would be greatly appreciated.I have googled around but haven't found much information other than wikipedia's database which lacks alot of data about alot of viruses, trojans, and etc.. however i will keep searching in the mean time.

Just out of curiousity are you using this to build a virus, stop a virus, build an anti-virus or just cuz your curious??

I am curious about them, plus i am working on a game for programming class and i want your weapons to be different viruses as that is more acceptable then things like swords and guns.
I figured i might get asked why though.

It's not like I wouldn't help ya if you wanted to create a super virus that hijacks every computer (I would ask to help so that I could defend against it probalbly lol)

unless you make like a super cool virus that only destroys computers of people who aren't cool. Use the laser in the disc tray to scan them and see how cool they are. Here's the code man
