Asteroids! My ICS3U FinalProj

ICS3U final project-- my spin on Asteroids.

  Asteroids is a keyboard operated game where you must navigate a spaceship through an asteroid field. You must press UP or DOWN keys to accelerate or decelerate with the ship.  LEFT or RIGHT keys will turn the ship.  If you hit any asteroids you lose the game.  Rupees will spawn randomly as the game goes on and are worth 5 points each if you collect them.  Attempt to stay alive as long as possible and gain the highest score!

KEYS:
UP : Move forward
DOWN : Move backwards
LEFT : Turn left
RIGHT : Turn right
P : Pause

When the game is over, press Y to play again, or press N to quit.


Hints!
You can't get less than 2 points!  You're immune for the first 2 seconds.
Only one rupee can spawn at a time!
You can move forward faster than you can move backwards!
If you haven't noticed--the asteroids get progressively faster!
You can press P to pause at any time!
Drift!

I must say being in grade 10 at the time I was quite proud of myself.  I still have it lying around and play it once in awhile, I can't seem to beat my high score, ahah.  Hopefully you guys like it too.

I used the ship and learned from the tutorial from this post: [url=http://compsci.ca/v3/viewtopic.php?t=3714][tutorial] spaceship movement: asteroids style and I thank Zylum a lot for that since I was in grade ten and didn't know the mathematics or physics involved yet.

Isn't ICS3U a grade 11 university course? (3 = 11 and U = university? o.O)

btw nice game, what school do you go to?
