question about the promissory note for UW

While entering the information for the promissory note, i get confused on what I have to enter.

For the OSAP funding and scholarship/grants, do I enter the amount that I actually receive or the amount that I want to use for this term?

If I enter the amount that I actually receive, it will be greater than my tuition fee for the first term, so do i lose all those extra money or can I save it for 2nd term?
