i'm Zip

the forums there are Invision Power Board, and I notice you guys have phpbb2.  I also noticed how you guys have little point systems and things.  how do you program cool stuff like that into the Invision Power Board?  i'm sure this has been asked a million times about how you guys did this, but here it is for the million and first time.  how did you guys program that?
