I found some bugs in 1.0.0 so heres version 1.0.2 : )
enjoy!
Oh and i forgot to mention. You need two people to play this game : D

I was just thinking of making a Tic Tac Toe Game, but I had no clue how to make one. Now I have a pretty good idea. Thanks a lot!
