turing - help w para port

What is it you are trying to achieve?
I am trying to turn the LEDs on by connecting them through the parallel port.

What is the problem you are having?
All my LEDs turn on, even if I don't open turing. I don't want the LEDs to turn on unless commanded by turing.


Describe what you have tried to solve this problem
I have installed dlportio_install from turing support.

Have you tried using turing to shut them off? You can't really control what your computer's doing with the parallel port before you start your program.
