Anyone going to UW in september and will be living off-campus?

I'm looking for 3-4 people who are interested in renting a townhouse on philip street, right across from the school. There is a 4-bedroom as well as a 5-bedroom house available. Both are right across from UW plaza and very close to the math building (closer than UWP). The rent will be 490/month for each person, and this includes all the basic amenities like water/electricity/heat/high-speed. The rooms are already furnished. So basically you'd be getting all the benefits of being on residence while living in a bigger place that's not on school property :). No UW program requires you to live in residence, as far as I know. Certainly SE does not.
