I decided to look at the TOS because I hadn't done so yet. I noticed one odd little part:
By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:
  {snip}
7.  to submit stories, comments, links, topics, shouts, code, programs, files, tutorials, articles, profiles, private messages linking to affiliate programs, multi-level marketing schemes, sites/blogs repurposing existing stories (source hops), or off-topic content;


One can see the issue. ;)

Well the intent is to not be off-topic of the topic of the fourm. Since the topic of this fourm is off topic this post would not be off topic of that topic but a post about turing help would be.

Also that is a list of examples and not as a limitation.

Point. Another thing I noticed was the dead links in there as well. That should probably be fixed.
